  AI pitstop strategy issue
Posted by: kmerse - 02-23-2013, 01:18 PM - Forum: F1 Challenge 99-02 - Replies (1)

How do you influence the AI pitstop strategies? IN David Marques' 1994 mod every car starts with exactly the same amount of fuel and they follow exactly the same strategy: Fill the fuel tank completely and go until it dries out. Then fill it completely again (if necessary). I tried to edit the setup files, but it doesn't seem to have any effect.

NEED INFO of 3000 downloadable addons for F1C
Posted by: mrjglo - 02-23-2013, 12:05 PM - Forum: F1 Challenge 99-02 - Replies (10)

There was 3070 available downloadable articles for F1C game in RS. How many of this files have been permanently gone to bit heaven due none of have backup remaining?
We should create database tracking all addons to F1C ever made to keep track what we still have. Has anybody like schumacher-180 database for this even txt file?

1984 neiln1 physics need balancing +improvements , improve Cockpits

But I hope soon we any 1984 Carsets uploaded here. You should release it with standalone or with 1984 Carsets to F1C.

Showtimethemusic / luis How about your 1984 do you still have data of this as you for all of us recommended to burn everything to DVDs?

We have variously still some 1984 Carsets in making like F1 1984 David Marques if he ever gonna upload it?

Grip of the cars on the track.
Posted by: cecelo - 02-20-2013, 08:08 PM - Forum: F1 Challenge 99-02 - Replies (5)

Hi,
A question for those who make mods: Who or what files to determine adherence of the cars on the track? Or is it a line in HDV or Damage? Anyone know?
Thanks

  CTDP 1994 track crash
Posted by: kmerse - 02-16-2013, 06:07 PM - Forum: Mods - Replies (6)

Every time I try to race on TI Aida it crashes when I try to load the track. And I don't know why...
I looked into the files a bit and I have two guesses why it crashes instantly, but I can't rule out either of them:
- It seems that there are only 12 garages in the pits, but there are 14 teams. I tried to play with less opponents, but the tracks still crash.
- In the tracks SCN file, there is a line which is looking for an 1994_AidaMAP.MAS file, but there is no such file. Can I just copy another MAS file form a different track and rename it? Or where should I get that file?
